Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

I’m so happy that I have found Alex. I have been going to Alex for a few years now for waxing mainly. From the start Alex has made me feel very comfortable. If she can she try’s her best to fit me in as I’m a last minute kind of girl. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Good prices compared to other places always happy with the results and she’s just generally a lovely lady.

Katie was very professional and extremely friendly, made my first time with her feel like I'd been visiting her for years. It was so nice to be welcomed back by Zowie for my long-overdue and much needed haircut and style. My hair looks and feels fantastic again. Had the 90 minute aromatherapy Massage today, was amazing, feel so much better for it, thank you Alex, as always, you make sure I'm comfortable all through out and even mix the essential oils to suite my needs! Alexandra always does my gels with builder gel beautifully and they last for ages, well over 5 weeks, and they’d go for longer than that if I didn’t need them redoing. I’ve also had pedicures, waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash perms and lifts. My last lash lift lasted so long, I think I got it done in mid September and they still looked amazing in December - although it does matter how well you take care of them and where you are in the growth cycle. She’s got years of experience and is very confident, kind, and understanding. Her beauty room is gorgeous, and bed/ equipment all fantastic.

Jo is fab at waxing - really thorough, and always enjoy our chats during the appointments too! I've been going for a few months now, and I'm already seeing that my leg hair isn't growing back as much, which has been great. Lovely salon, Jo is fab - really recommend!
