I had an amazing Endymed treatment with Kelly at Remedi Medispa in Maidstone. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I’ve tried the bio relax mat Post illness when I lacked energy. I found the mat really relaxing but also energising. It gives a lovely warm glow to the body and changes seem subtle but it was after I had used the mat that I could notice the difference in my energy levels. It also helped to restore my night time sleep patterns.

As an absolute perfectionist, I have never found anyone that has carried out a treatment where I am 100% happy.....until I met Laura. It is so clear that she is very passionate about the work that she does, and she does everything to make you feel at ease and 100% happy. Everytime I've met her it's been like visiting a friend - she is not only brilliant at what she does, but also a very warm and genuine person. I can't recommend her highly enough - she deserves all the business that she gets.

As a long time fan of Guinot products and treatments I opted for the Winter Warmer Package. It was a lovely, cosy, relaxing and nurturing experience with excellent results. My experience at Laura‘s was just great from the beginning to the end of my treatment. November 2025 was my first treatment then in February 2026 my second treatment. my last treatment was today the 18th of March 2026. I really think my eyebrows look absolutely gorgeous. Laura Makes you feel so welcome in her home she’s very thorough with her treatment. making sure you’re happy with the results, and she’s happy with the result too making them look perfect.I can’t thank her enough,and I will be back in 18 months or maybe two years for a top up. Always a first class experience. I've had various treatments here from eyebrow waxing to advance skin treatments and am always supper happy with the results. Amy really listened to my concerns and has such knowledge, qualification and experience to know exactly what treatment to not only recommend but also able to do. I also love the calm and friendly environment and can't believe treatments I only thought were available in London are right here on my doorstep.
