I had a wonderful experience with Olivia yesterday - 22/07/2926. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, even playing relaxing music in the background to help take my mind off the treatment. Although I'm not new to waxing, it had been a while since my last appointment, but Olivia was incredibly careful, professional, and attentive throughout. Before I knew it, the treatment was over! India is a young and talented professional in the beauty industry and, since I permanently moved to Addiscombe, she has become my trusted facialist. Every session with her is an opportunity for me to truly stop, breathe and take some time for myself. Even when the treatment I choose isn’t exactly the most relaxing one (microneedling) she always puts me at ease, making the whole experiencing enjoyable. I also absolutely love the new studio, it has a cosy, immersive and calming atmosphere.
