Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had my first deep tissue massage today with Matilda at The Beauty Barn Leicester and it was a great experience. The facilities are excellent — very clean, calm, and relaxing. Booking was straightforward with no fuss at all. Matilda was extremely professional and identified my areas of pain straight away, which made the treatment feel really tailored and effective. Easy access and parking was an added bonus. I’ll definitely be booking again. Well done and keep up the great work!

The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
