Best massage I have ever had!! From start to finish the experience was perfect! I don’t know Worcester that well so followed the helpful video Katelyn posted on her instagram of how to find the studio. Once I arrived I was greeted by Katelyn and taken to the treatment room where Katelyn described in detail what would happen throughout my 90 minute massage covering things she could tailor to my individual needs. I felt so comfortable and at ease in the space and company of Katelyn! I will be booking in again very soon!

What a woman. Katelyn went through my consultation form with me, very understanding what I needed during my session and guided me through it step by step. The massage itself was lovely, really worked my back and muscle pain. The after process and evaluation was superb, it’s reassuring that Katelyn understands my body, guiding me how to relieve the pain in the future. Totally recommend. Ilona was great! She spotted my problem areas without me even having to say anything then worked wonders to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. She is really friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

This was one of the most magicaly, supportive, and grounding experiences I have ever had. I was treated to a professional massage in a calm setting; everything was explained to me. I had requested that my services be vegan and this was catered to. I also received some helpful advice on posture, skin care, problem areas in my body, etc. It was a really transformative experience and I wish I lived in Malvern to go back regularly.

I had my first lip filler experience with Natallia and couldn’t be happier. She was kind, gentle, and made me feel at ease straight away. I had a 90minute massage followed by a 30minute Indian head massage and it was just what I needed. I felt so relaxed and the tension held in my back had eased considerably.
