The massage itself was lovely, really worked my back and muscle pain. Booked at very short notice (1hr before my booking) painful shoulder for last 2 days, Went for the 30min Back , Shoulder & Neck Was welcomed from the start by Emily who also didn’t my massage therapist, She was lovely friendly and helpful and also advised me on extra sessions I need and helpful tips moving forward See you again next week, can’t recommend enough

I had the best stress buster massage with karl and omg I can’t tell you the difference it has made to my neck and back. Karl was lovely talked me through every stage about what he was doing and how it is going to help and giving exercises to do at home for prevention. The best money I’ve ever spent and will continue to from now on 😄

I had the most incredible back, shoulder and neck massage with Katelyn. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I genuinely don’t think I’ll be the same ever again! I’ve been to see many professionals for the pain in my back and it’s only since having massages and sports massage with Katelyn that I’ve noticed a vast difference with having more pain free days.
