Tracey was so lovely! Very welcoming, friendly, considerate and calming throughout. I had a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage and it was very much needed! I had alot of tension but after leaving The Beauty Room I felt really relaxed. I'll definitely be booking in more regularly!

I thought she was a lovely girl, really concentrating the procedure I booked. Did a lovely job. Not very chatty but I liked that because when having a facial wax it’s not easy to reply. I loved how she pressed my skin after removing the strip, really helped with the pain I normally feel because I’d never had that before ever. The only thing I don’t like was being put in the room where everyone else was having nails done and chatting. Made me feel really uncomfortable, it makes me anxious anyways before I even book the appointment takes me ages to pluck up the courage. 😬

I booked a lava shell back, neck & shoulder massage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Chrissy is kind and nurturing and an excellent therapist! The room and set up was ideal, calming and a sensory delight. I had a gel pedicure with Dominika, I am currently 39+5 days pregnant and very swollen and sore. I was very self conscious but she made me feel completely comfortable. Always checking to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort or pain. Service was brilliant and in love with the colour. Thank you so much, highly recommend!
