Had a cracking time! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wondered if a back massage might help, Rachel got me in to see her quickly and had my shoulder popping and cracking in no time - she is not only a first class reflexologist but she absolutely knows what she’s doing with massages too - thanks Rachel xx

Just had my second reflexology appointment, so relaxing, lovely environment, calming, peaceful and I have booked another one. Honestly, Rachel is so good at what she does, ideal for peri and fully menopausal women. Rachel knows her stuff and that’s because she asks you, taking a small medical questionnaire and before and after every treatment there’s feedback and a chat to see how things are. She is so easy to talk to and approachable. Highly recommend for anybody wanting a calming, relaxing experience which leaves you feeling amazing. I am looking forward to trying out her other treatments.

I have been seeing Rachel for various treatments for almost a year. She has been fantastic from the start. I honestly believe the fertility reflexology combined with the massage treatments helped me become pregnant. Throughout my pregnancy and post natal Rachel has been brilliant in assisting with all the aches and pains as well being someone you feel you can talk too.
