Katie was a total babe! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. Katie was so easy to speak to and the wax is perfect! She has an excellent attention to detail. This was a fantastic experience. The massage was amazing and she was an absolutely lovely person. I've had massages before elsewhere, but I will definitely be coming back here from now on! Would recommend to everyone! Came out completely relaxed and lighter, knots all removed. In addition, the location and clinic is very nice.

I’ve been to Pumpuy Thai Massage Therapy for lower back pain, and they fixed it. Went again for trap pain, and they took care of that too. Today I went for hip pain, and I already feel better. Great service every time

Absolutely love this place! I came in for forehead threading and was blown away by how precise and gentle the therapist was. Hi, I travelled up from London to Reading for a weekend break. Pumpuy was the first Thai Massage therapy that came up on google, I messaged them via WHATSAPP, they were so accommodating it was already 6pm, I went along to a warm welcome from Puy & Korn who did my massage it was the most painful massage I’ve had but the most pain releasing experience, they didn’t back down when I almost flew off the bed in pain 😅 they continued to knead the knots out of my tense body. I felt so comfortable with them and trusted the process, 3 days later I feel less pains in areas of my body. The Best 🌟
