Louise is amazing at making you feel like nothing else in the world matters when she’s giving you a massage. She really does have a gift when it comes to relieving tension & tiredness in your body. First time visiting Katie in her beautiful retreat. Katie was very welcoming even though I had booked in for leg wax she made time to do my eyebrows, chin and lip wax too. I will definitely be back as I prefer the setup that she has and not a busy salon environment

My waxing treatment was really good. Very thorough. I won't say pain free as it was a Hollywood 🙈 but it was better than some places I've been! Melissa puts you at ease and tells you where to pull to help. Definitely recommend

I am not normally into being pampered but was lucky enough to be treated to a pedicure for Mothering Sunday. I really enjoyed the session and followed Katie to Newstead when she left the city base. The Little Village Retreat was easy to find with a lovely relaxed atmosphere mixed with professionalism and friendliness. This time I had a manicure and pedicure. I will certainly return.

The best treatments I have ever had. I had a back neck and shoulder massage and a Dermatoligica Pro 30 facial. As someone with sensitive skin, facials can sometimes feel harsh but today’s treatment was perfect. Time was taken with each step and the outcome is that my skin feels incredible. The massage was also tailored to my liking and I came out feeling renewed. Would recommend over and over again!

I had my wax today and it was honestly the best experience yet. Kacey used a new type of wax that was as close to pain-free as you can get — something I never thought I’d say about a wax! I was so much more relaxed than usual throughout the treatment. As always, the whole experience was fantastic, really relaxing, and done with so much care and professionalism.
