Had an absolutely lovely time with Jess. It was my first time getting any sort of beauty treatment done, and she made it so easy, fun and comfortable. She’s super friendly and just a joy to be around. Had a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow tint done and the results are stunning. Will definitely come back for more treatments in the future! I can’t recommend it enough xx

She has a feather touch so if you feel pain having treatments please do try Poppy as she has perfected not only a solution to erase pain but her feather touch means you don’t even know she has done anything!! Jess always does the most beautiful lashes whenever I go! She really listens to what sort of extensions you would like and designs them personally for you. Always happy for a chat or a quiet appointment if that is your preference. Never feel rushed but as someone who struggles to lie down for a long time, I also really appreciate that she is a time efficient lash tech and I'm not there for 2 or 3 hours!

Jess was fabulous as always. After a long break due to having a baby I went back after 2 years today, she had all my notes on my brow shape, preferred tone and how quickly my brows take on the tint. My lashes are as always fab. Beautifully laid out and exactly the mix of classic and Russians to get the look I was hoping to achieve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her :-)
