What an amazing experience! The room was tranquil and the bed relaxingly warm. Selda gave me a deep tissue massage which was outstanding. She kept checking about the pressure and if I was uncomfortable in a position she used small pillows to help. I had a lot of tension in the neck, shoulders and back which she worked so hard to relieve for me. I cannot praise her more highly and look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely incredible. I have my massages with May and it is the best experience in my 10 years of having frequent massages for my dodgy knees, hips and mostly my shoulders (I am a broken woman) and I always leave feeling fixed, refreshed and relaxed. It is a gorgeous atmosphere. Friendly, quiet, calming and attentive and you get every minute that you pay for, they allow extra time for getting changed and clothed again without ever feeling at all rushed. I look forward to my next visit. I love it here!

From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm, calming, and inviting, the staff friendly and professional, ensuring I felt comfortable right away. Kim took the time to understand my problem areas and tailored the massage to address my specific needs. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing. Claire is such an amazing holistic massage therapist. I have tried physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, and none of them have gotten close to helping my chronic back/neck pain. Most just charge a lot of money as they fill in forms and look at you, whereas Claire at Bien Etre is an expert at deep tissue massage. I'm so glad I found her!
