Holly makes this aspect of physical self-care, a real treat for the mind and soul, as well as for the body. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and completely zen. She is also highly attuned to what’s going on in my muscles, without me having to explicate. So every time I go, I am able to relax fully and trust that I’ll leave feeling brand new. This was my 4th visit to Catherine and already looking forward to the next time. Treatments are amazing and her massage is just top tier. Catherine is really professional so you’re made to feel very looked after and comfortable. The room is cosy, very clean and relaxing; much better than many spas I have visited. Would highly recommend.

What a difference this week’s treatments have made to both my mental health and energy levels! I treated myself to a facial, massages, reiki and reflexologies (over a week) and am really feeling the benefits. Catherine is just amazing at what she does and is very reasonably priced. Also, she is such a lovely, kind hearted person. I’ve been a customer for a few years and every treatment has been blissful and so therapeutic. She has honesty made such a difference to my well being. I highly recommend Catherine and look forward to many more treatments and my reiki level 2 attunement very soon.

Myself and my 10 year old daughter visited for a back massage after having some tension around the top of our back and shoulders . The room was set out perfectly ,very stylish and had a really cosy , calm feeling to it . Holly was really friendly and helpful advising us on the best treatments and talking us through our visit . The oils she used smelt amazing and the massage was great . Holly really worked through the muscle always making sure we were comfortable with the pressure used , finding knots I didn’t even know I had! Would highly recommend .
