Holly makes this aspect of physical self-care, a real treat for the mind and soul, as well as for the body. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and completely zen. She is also highly attuned to what’s going on in my muscles, without me having to explicate. So every time I go, I am able to relax fully and trust that I’ll leave feeling brand new.
