This was my first time going to Tori and I will definitely be back! It was for an eye pack (eyebrow wax and tint and eye lash tint) and I have found that lots of other places do this in a standardised, often rushed, way without necessarily listening to how you want it done, I felt like Tori was the opposite. She was excellent and did a perfect, careful and painless job even though I have quite sensitive skin to waxing. Delighted to have found her and will be a regular customer!

Visited for the first time today (for a full body wax) and was very impressed. Reasonably priced services, super comfortable treatment room and Victoria herself is lovely, professional and clearly knowledgable about all things beauty. Very tempted to book a massage in future - the treatment room would be perfect for it!

I had one of the best massage experiences in a very long time. The calm relaxing atmosphere and beautiful space to wait in, made me relaxed before even lying down. The massage room was immaculate and beautifully designed. So comfortable. Tori had everything just perfect. The attention to detail was incredible.
