Fran truly goes above and beyond! I had a massage with her, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus — it’s clear she has an incredible understanding of the body. What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
