This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

My mom and I went in for halotherapy and a massage, and I have to say it surpassed our expectations. We had Tiffany and Maya for our treatment and they were awesome! Would definitely come back!!

First time here and it was an amazing experience! Friendly staff. We had a girls trip of 3. We did the salt cave and sauna. It was very relaxing and made my skin feel amazing! I definitely want to go back again.

We had a lovely time celebrating Mother’s Day together. I only recommend that there be separate times for parents needing to bring children into the salt cave. If attending your first time, it definately takes away from being able to enjoy your time when children are just being children and are making noise. The lovely woman that works the desk/sets everyone up with blonde hair very kindly did make things right for us when it came to that issue and we did much appreciate that gesture so all together it was a great experience and a relaxing time. Will be back!

We had the most wonderful experience at The Salt Cave Niagara! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our floating session was so calming, followed by a peaceful time in the beautiful salt cave and a cozy, rejuvenating session in the infrared sauna. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and healing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of gratitude. We can’t wait to come back!

Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Bromine water with cucumber and tea afterwards are very refreshing. For the head therapy and facial Brittany was fabulous, as good as an RMT with strong tender hands on my scalp, arms, legs and feet, alhough she did miss one hand. The facial was great.

The Salt Cave was absolutely stunning and provided such a peaceful, rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm wash over me—it was even better than I remembered! The atmosphere was serene, with soft lighting and the soothing scent of salt in the air. Danielle did my facial, and she was fantastic. Her touch was gentle yet effective, and every step of the treatment left me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. It was the perfect way to unwind and take a break from the stresses of daily life. I truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely go back again.

Salt caves are the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere was wonderfully calming as we waited for our massage—a great space to relax before our session. I needed a deep tissue massage, and Brent did an incredible job working out my tense muscles. I’ll definitely be back!
