Absolutely loved my time at Haylo. From the great ambiance to the friendliest staff. I felt in safe hands with Holly and the Haylo team. Coffee next door was a bonus. Wonderful, didn't realise it was a hairdressers specialising in curly hair! 😆 They did a beautiful job on my straight blonde hair. They explained things, were kind and careful in handling. I also greatly appreciate them accomodating by seeing me sooner. The establishment itself is really cool, great effort has been put in to giving it style. Shame I don't live in the area, but would come back! Great price points too :) Highly recommend ☺️

The staff were absolutely wonderful - so kind and helpful. All my questions were answered, and no one made me feel dumb for having to ask. No one pressured me into buying products, but I got a few anyways. Definitely will come back again.

Mia was amazing once again! This was my third visit and each time it's consistent caring, patience and going above and beyond. It was a cold and rainy day and I was running late. There was total understanding. I was offered a cup of tea, a hot towel for my head during hydration treatment, and even a cozy blanket for my legs. This place is simply amazing. Can not fault it! And get the extras! You won't regret it! The products make such a difference AND last ages! Just got my first refill after 6 months on my shampoo, and still have about 3/4 left of styling products. Got my confidence back

I had an amazing experience at Haylo Hair. The salon itself is relaxing and beautiful. Natural vibe and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is super nice and casual. A fabulous experience in their light and airy salon. Jennifer was a wonder, calming my nerves as it was my first cut in 15 years. A really caring crew who talked me through the process and how to care for my curls ongoingly. Fabulous head massage, cup of coffee and sweet treats and sound track to tap your toes to. Oh, my hair looks pretty darn good too.

I had my first curly hair-cut appointment yesterday & had such an amazing afternoon, felt spoilt & treasured . Jennifer knows her craft & did an incredible job cutting my hair . I walked out feeling awesome . This is the best haircut I’ve had in years & it exceeded the wonderful personal touches from the enthusiastic staff .
