Started from the moment I entered the spa with a lovely & kind staff that invited me with a sweet smile & positive energy that I could sense it. then I had one of the best massage treatments I’ve ever had with the therapist Rose who made my day when she start the Spa signature massage (Luban Bespoke Massgae) for a divine one hour. Thanks to my eldest sister spa Gift Voucher treat on my birthday I had the chance to know this phenomenon place. Also, thanks for the thoughtful gesture of the ginger tea along with the date in heart shape plate .

Carmen literally has the hands of an angel! It was the best massage I’ve had in years. I have REALLY tense muscles in my back & shoulders and she dug into and worked out every knot with so much pressure I almost cried from happiness. 10/10 recommend and will 100% be booking with her again. It was truly phenomenal.

I had Nuraiym for Russian manicure and I couldn't be happier! She pays a lot of attention to details yet she is quick. I've been looking for a good nail technician in Dubai for so long and I finally found one! The salon is very clean and hygienic. I had shoulder massage as well with Yrysgul, and she was also very nice and polite. I am so happy with their service and I'm 100% sure I will be coming back!

My 1st visit. Friendly staff & clean homey space. I booked 90-min relaxing massage with Diana and noticed more relief afterwards. I had picked a medium pressure then noticed that Diana's "medium" was on the hard end for me but she was quick to adjust when I asked her to and she checked in if the adjusted pressure was ok which I appreciated. While I would have liked more done for mid-low back, I was appreciative of Diana's concern to limit pressure there after I recently recovered from muscle sprain. Will try different massage therapists before deciding if to stick with her or other one.

I made an appointment for a 1-hour Face Yoga Massage. The location is beautiful and calm, the welcome is kind. The facial was more special than I expected. It was very good, it really moves the face muscles, it was an intensive facial massage. I am a beautician in Hungary, and I am absolutely satisfied as a professional too. One thing was strange: when I made the reservation, I chose who I wanted to go to, but it wasn't her who did the facial treatment and I wasn't informed about the change in advance. Besides, it was a good experience, great treatment. My skin is soft and tight :)

Excellent massage with Zai as usual! This was my second Hammam experience and it was nice, I would like to try it again. Small feedback regarding the Hammam shower; I wish there were towels on the floor as there are on the seat and the bed. I think it would be a good safety measure for the therapist and the client as the floor can get slippery, perhaps one near the seat and one near the bed. Thank you :)
