My facial was absolutely amazing! As someone with sensitive skin who easily looks like a tomato getting a facial is always a little nerve wracking for me but I knew immediately with Helena I was in good hands. My skin looks and feels absolutely incredible, such a relaxing experience and no tomato face!

Helena was great! Perfect massage for me! Good intensity & worked on all the spots I needed. I felt really good afterwards & it prepared my body for a great osteopath adjustment the next day. Spa is very clean & has a good energy! I will definitely go back. :)

Karme was awesome and the services were lovely. I wished I was offered a water (33C outside!) or a nice place to sit while I waited. I also wish y'all had more non red/pink polish colours but other than that everything was awesome and I will be back!

One of the most relaxing and enjoyable facials I’ve ever had! Helena really takes her time and makes you feel comfortable, explains about the product and the methods, and has such a calming atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been seeing Helena for years now. She’s simply the best. I always leave my massages feeling “taken care of”. She is always in tune with your needs/concerns and just knows what you need! Today, she tweaked my facial for medical reasons that I made aware to her awhile back. It just goes to show she’s always thinking ahead! On top of her impressive skills and knowledge, she is the most kind human! You’ll never be disappointed with Helena!!!

Another amazing massage and experience at Gelous Spa! I continuously come back to not only treat and heal my body but also my mind and soul. Between Helena’s amazing massage skills combined with reiki, I come out of there feeling like a new person each time!

My whole experience with Helena was amazing, she is welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean and lovely. The facial was sooo relaxing and my face felt fantastic afterwards. She also helps you choose some great products for your skin. I will be seeing her again.

Absolutely luv the micro needling. I had 3 peels, and just finished my second micro needling, and really noticing things softening. Would definitely advise to do the peels first if you can, it’s an excellent start to that youthful glow. I am very excited on what the results will be after this second micro needling, since the results now are amazing after the first one. I also can’t thank Helena enough for being so accommodating. I work such crazy hours, and she is always squeezing me in to make it work , she is an absolute gem, and so glad I found you. I have my confidence back again !!!😊
