It was my first time to get a facial in Dubai and I had the best experience at Facette Facial Bar. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

The customized facial was an absolute dream. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the products that were applied on my skin. She provided me with recommendations and focused on my troublesome areas with extreme care. As for my bacial, I am definitely returning! It is a wonderful concept and I loved the scrub as well as the aloe Vera gel that was applied to my back. 10/10 would recommend the Facette to my friends and family!

Absolutely glorious facials, custom-made specifically to suit your skin type and needs. I got a bespoke facial just yesterday and my skin already looks so much better. Plus I had my mani-pedi while watching Devils Wear Prada, can it get any better?

From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all. I had such a great experience at this salon! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions too.
