Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.

Enjoyed the private spa experience thoroughly. Everything was clean and we were well taken care of. Would be nice to include a cold room or something so you can cool down before re-entering the steam room etc. Also would be nice to have instructions on the shower controls as the water was scolding hot.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

Kristina is absolutely fantastic. Very experienced and highly skilled. I had a massage with her before and I came back for a facial this time. She took her time to do a consultation with me before the treatment which made me super conformable and relaxed. Her hands are so soft, smooth and gentle which I loved. Couldn’t have asked for more. I loved how you explained what you were doing and asked if things were ok so providing a safe space. The facial was divine. The products were cooling and soothing and felt, and smelled, like heaven. We enjoyed our cadle and lip balm making class immensely. The host was bubbly and laid back and knowledgeable about all the ingredients and there benefits health wise. The pace of the class was perfect and we were very happy to take what we made home with us. The massage treatments we had were amazing and the room was presented perfectly so we could relax and enjoy our treatments. Highly recommended 👌

Sasha(?) the masseuse was very generous with her time and care making sure the environment was super relaxing and snug. Hot stones are a revelation! I felt all melty and the relaxing effect is muscle and organ deep due to the heat. Would 100% recommend!
