Jeanette is always professional and friendly. She did my nails point on just like my Pinterest inspo photo. I do however have a complaint about the other nail techs in the room with all the nail gel's and acrylic supplies, as a customer I were very surprised as to how they can gossip with customers about other customers. Luckily I have a respectful nail tech who doesn't talk to just raise an opinion.
