Iâve been going to Rachel for years now. She is the only nail tech I will allow to do my nails! They always turn out wonderful. Rachel is super patient and great at suggesting colors or designs that would go together. If you can think of it, Rachel can put it on your nails!

Gracefully Restored does amazing work. I would 100 percent recommend for anyone who's terrified to trust anyone with their hair because of past traumatic experiences which honestly has happened to me so many times that I've been cutting my own for 6 years until I just couldn't get my hair right anymore. Same with my children. So glad I overcame that worry Because now my hair is so full now and looks so health. They've done amazing jobs on my children as well. Haircut's for children go by age đĽ°

Acrylic Nails FAQs
Acrylic nails can damage your natural nails, so itâs always best to minimise any damage by seeking out an experienced nail technician to apply, fill, and remove them for you.
Acrylic nails, like gels, are artificial - which ones you consider better is really down to personal preference.
Gels give a more natural, glossier finish than acrylics, but acrylics tend to be stronger. Gel nails cure under a UV lamp; acrylics start curing as soon as theyâre exposed to air. They can both be used to lengthen nails. Gels last for 2 weeks and should then be removed; Acrylic nails last 6-8 weeks, but will need fills after 2-3 weeks to hide regrowth. Both can damage your natural nails, so itâs always best to seek out an experienced nail technician who can do the application, filling and removal for you.
They donât. Human nails grow at around 3mm (1/8â) every month whether you wear artificial nails or not. Acrylic nails donât make your natural nails grow faster, but because of their length, they can give the impression that your own nails have grown more quickly.
A full set of acrylic nails can be worn for 6-8, and should then be removed.
Acrylic overlays. Theyâre applied to the top of your nails and tend to look more natural. They can be thinner than a full set of acrylic nails and donât extend beyond the length of your natural nails.
Acrylic nails may contract and tighten after application and this can cause discomfort; however it shouldnât last longer than 24hrs. If youâre experiencing pain after that, it could be a sign of damage or infection, particularly if your nails were filed down too low or your cuticles were pushed back too far pre-application. To avoid infection, damage and discomfort, we always recommend having your acrylic nails applied, filled, and removed by an experienced nail technician.
Itâs unlikely. You can still wash, swim, and shower when youâre wearing acrylic nails, but prolonged exposure to water could cause them to lift.
