I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. Chloe is honestly the best. When I first booked in she managed to fit me in even though she was busy and I’ve been going back ever since.
