I've been coming to salon 27 for many years now, ive just had the best 2.15mins of my life, kerry was so lovely she was worrying about the room being to cold bless her, it wasn't her fault it didn't spoil my experience one bit! The girls are all lovely all you ever hear is laughing and joking I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you again. See you in the next half term.

From my first visit to Ainsley, she saw by the state of my nails that they were dehydrated. She talked me through the options and explained in a way I could understand, the various procedures she would go through to ensure that my nails would be stronger and healthier. Ainsley has worked with me in a very person centred and mindfulness way, not just focusing on my nail health, but on my general well-being. I no longer need acrylic or gel nails, as my natural nails are now strong and healthy thanks to Ainsley's care and attention.

Just had my second dermaplane/microblade treatment with 𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐘. She knows exactly what to do and takes great care to ensure I’m informed of what is going to happen and what results I can expect. At no time do I feel unsure or worried and I 100% trust her to make me feel beautiful inside and out.

I had a conversation with Ainsley about my skin health and my areas for concern and discussed the thinning and crepe like under eye skin and specifically dark circles. Ainsley went away and did her research to find the perfect treatment for me, considering I am hoping to avoid fillers. She sent me lots of information and was patient with my chaotic nature. I have had some Botox before and did find the pinch a little more intense on the sensitive under eye area but again, Ainsley's patience was second to none. I'm looking forward to my follow ups and seeing the outcome!
