Committed customer for life! Started seeing Jakki a few years ago on referral & ❤️ LipLoft! She is masterful at making everything balanced and youthful while ensuring to maintain a natural look (just with less wrinkles and more definition). Alt the girls are great! Had 2 amazing facials, and have also seen Mikayla for PRF.👍👍 I had some bad past experiences with surgeries and Jakki helped so much with balancing my features and helping me get my confidence back and looking more like myself! It is amazing what she can do with only injecting- fillers and tox & never look overdone!

First time experience. It was beyond wonderful. A friend of mine had referred me here for a hydrafacial. Kaleigh was wonderful and explained every detail to my facial. At checkout I was talking about Botox and then ended up getting some. Jackie explained what would be best for me. I was super late due to my own problems. I originally was going to be 10 minutes late but ended up being 20 minutes late. I had booked a massage and facial back to back. I was initially told I could cancel or shorten my massage as they were fully booked. I decided to do the shortened massage and they ended up doing a full hour and still were able to do my facial. It was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful they fit me in!

I’ve been seeing Jakki for Botox/fillers/complete facial balancing for approx 3 years. Have gone to other injectors in the past w/ good results, but nothing compares to Jackki’s clinical knowledge & technical expertise! Results are far above other injectors. She is truly an artist & only does what will balance & accentuate YOUR structure & features. She has no problem saying“no” or that less is needed! Due to scar tissue from past revisions, I’m not easy to inject & make look natural. I am also ridden w/ anxiety due to past trauma. They ensure I am comfortable and looks great when I leave

Jakki is so talented! I trust her keen eye immeasurably. I feel confident that she is always abreast of the newest techniques and products. Lip Loft is professional and clean but I truly enjoy the laid back feel of her space and great conversation There is no uptight feeling or uncomfortableness. We are all there for the same reason- to look and feel our best! I love her honesty and respect that she always recommends what is best for your face and your long term goals- not to push more services/amnt needed Her entire staff is great! Had an amazing hydra facial as well. Need to book another!

The place is beautiful! Complete professionals from my fast return phone call after leaving a message on a Sunday. They answered all of my 101 questions about injections. Fillers and facials. I had my first service today with Kayleigh- a. Ultrasonic facial with lymphatic draining and red light therapy. My skin looks AMAZING! I will def be back! She took the time to answe my questions and educate me on every step! Cannot wait for my appt with Jackie in May and cannot wait for my next facial with Kayleigh again! She is she knowledgeable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to the lip loft for a few appointments prior to my wedding. Robyn was AMAZING!!! I would definitely see her again. I also had a great experience with Kaleigh. I booked an appointment to dermaplane a few days before my wedding and had mild but concerning skin irritation at the time I had showed up for my appointment. Kaleigh was SO honest and suggested we don’t go forward with the facial due to the potential of future irritation on my big day. It is really nice to know that the ladies at The Lip Loft actually care about their customers and not just about the money. Very appreciative! xo

Very pleasant head and shoulders massage; extraordinarily unpleasant facial (no introduction/name; no telling me what she was doing; mostly massaging my scalp; room/creams/water was frigid.At the end of the facial, the person noted I seemed stressed during the facial— but she somehow decided to ignore it during treatment?).

This is a wonderful serene spot for facials and massages - I enjoyed my signature facial and the glowing skin says it all.

I had a wonderful massage and facial experience. This is my second time back, and they will receive my patronage in the future! Facilities are clean and staff are super helpful. The massage was tailored to my preferences (pressure, areas that were tense, etc.). The classic facial was refreshing and I could immediately feel a difference in my skin's texture. Great way to spend a few hours.
