Jakki is so talented! I trust her keen eye immeasurably. I feel confident that she is always abreast of the newest techniques and products. Lip Loft is professional and clean but I truly enjoy the laid back feel of her space and great conversation There is no uptight feeling or uncomfortableness. We are all there for the same reason- to look and feel our best! I love her honesty and respect that she always recommends what is best for your face and your long term goals- not to push more services/amnt needed Her entire staff is great! Had an amazing hydra facial as well. Need to book another!

The place is beautiful! Complete professionals from my fast return phone call after leaving a message on a Sunday. They answered all of my 101 questions about injections. Fillers and facials. I had my first service today with Kayleigh- a. Ultrasonic facial with lymphatic draining and red light therapy. My skin looks AMAZING! I will def be back! She took the time to answe my questions and educate me on every step! Cannot wait for my appt with Jackie in May and cannot wait for my next facial with Kayleigh again! She is she knowledgeable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice clean spa! Very good service and staff. I booked a 60 min massage session, had upper and lower back pain, after massage session feels like all stress and pain in my back is resolved, very good experience! I will definitely rebook session!

Wonderful experience! From when I arrived, everything was top-notch. Warm welcoming, waiting room. Clear instructions clean rooms. Was highly interested in customizing the experience to my specific needs. She was super responsive throughout not just my direct request but also changes in body language. Was able to deep massage and stretching with light touch. My only difficulty was that the face hole was a bit small for my big face and that caused a little bit of discomfort, but the staff were really accommodating and adapted what they were doing to fit with . I will be back.

Mikaela was very knowledgeable about the PRF treatment for my under eye area. Little to no pain and I felt very comfortable chatting while having my treatment. I loved the vibe when walking in , it doesn’t have the “med spa” feell which I love. Everything was very clean and professional. Highly recommend

She is masterful at making everything balanced and youthful while ensuring to maintain a natural look (just with less wrinkles and more definition). Alt the girls are great! Had 2 amazing facials, and have also seen Mikayla for PRF.👍👍 I had some bad past experiences with surgeries and Jakki helped so much with balancing my features and helping me get my confidence back and looking more like myself! Ana is the best Esthetician in Boston ! Actually, I have lived in other states and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ana. I call her my face angel :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve; if you are tired of going to esthetician's who don't make a difference, you need to go to Skin Care by Ana Merino !
