I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.

Visited Gemma today for a V wax. Firstly, her room is beautiful, calm and peaceful. I was a little nervous as I haven’t had a wax in a good few years, but Gemma put me straight at ease talking me through the whole process. Gemma is so friendly, warm and kind and you soon feel like you’re just having a catch up with a friend! I am so happy with the results, gemma is a perfectionist and it shows.
