Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. I was instantly made to feel comfortable for my appointment. The environment is so calm, peaceful and relaxing and that is all down to Gemma. I had the holiday glow up and it was amazing! As a mum, Gemma ensured I had the best experience and time for just me. My skin after looked and felt amazing, so glowy I went on holiday not feeling the need to wear foundation (which for me is a big thing) thanks to Gemma and thanks to the Cliniccare Dermo Corrective tinted SPF which I highly recommend. Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.

Visited Gemma today for a V wax. Firstly, her room is beautiful, calm and peaceful. I was a little nervous as I haven’t had a wax in a good few years, but Gemma put me straight at ease talking me through the whole process.
