Excellent experience, being a total novice and with only an idea of what I wanted, the consultant was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. The best!!! I’ve never had any sort of treatment/facial but she was so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. The room is so relaxing, clean and smelt amazing. Her knowledge on skin is incredible, she really knows what she’s talking about. Could not fault the experience at all, the most warm, welcoming and genuinely caring lady. Will definitely be keeping up with the treatments. ❤️

The treatment itself was incredible. Every step felt thoughtful and tailored to my skin, not rushed or generic. The products were gentle but effective bio peel/micronedling My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter.

Very good and good that I didn't feel pressured. Booked in for two weeks time and looking forward. Let's see how I go from my first treatment.
