This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.
