I’ve now had a few treatments with Kirsty and been really happy with every one of them. She’s really professional, so knowledgeable, kind, patient and genuinely one of the nicest girls I’ve met. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and is so patient. Also, SHE LISTENS! I’ve been to people that talk over you, rush you and don’t listen to what you want and not been happy with the results but Kirsty really listens and takes time to understand each client. One of the best facials I’ve had in a long time. Knowledgeable about skin, great results from glass skin facial, and VERY relaxing

I’ve never been for a professional facial, so wasn’t sure what to expect, or what I needed, but Olivia was brilliant and discussing my skin with me and recommending what was best. I’m still glowing the day after and feel cleansed and super fresh!

My first time, was given a voucher. Super decor. My treatments, glass facial with Olivia & BN&S massage with India were fab. Face feels fab. Lovely pressure with massage. Lovely warm beds. For me (& thats probably my age) cos everyone else was quite young, I’m used to quiet rooms with doors closed with gentle music. It wouldn’t stop me coming again though .

Lauren was absolutely lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and my skin looked fab afterwards. Thank you.
