Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

I can’t recommend Philippa highly enough! In the lead-up to my wedding, she took the time to understand exactly how I wanted to feel on my big day. What really stood out to me was how personalised everything was. She tailored each treatment to suit my skin and needs, and I genuinely see and feel the difference. Thanks to her, I’m going into my wedding day feeling radiant, more confident, and completely looked after. I had the Party Package with Philippa today. Philippa is very professional and welcoming. She described the whole process from beginning to end which was reassuring as a lot of it is done with eyes closed. I enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning.
