What an absolute gem! Ultra-chic beauty clinic just a short stroll from Ormond Station. Beautiful lounge area with its cozy fireplace feature. I was treated to the Signature Glass Glow Facial by the wonderful Paola and she was FAB. A luxurious hour of multi-step skincare indulgence, from start to finish. Paola is a great dermal therapist and clearly passionate about skin beauty. Arrived with dehydrated post-holiday skin, left with the most incredible glow. A treatment that really delivers! An amazing experience and one I’ll absolutely be returning for!

The staff were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. The session itself was comfortable, and I could already feel my muscles working during it. This is my 3rd time visiting, and I booked carbon facial today. Jenny is really good as usual and very entertaining. She was explaining the step by step procedure to me. She made sure I was comfortable, asking me if this or that hurt. The overall experience is 10000/10000. Will come back again!
