The facial session was amazing, the specialist who did my session was super gentle, professional, sweet and even her voice tone was calm and soothing. She was helpful and honest when It come to which treatment I should get.she was super gentle throughout the session and the end result was amazing and we achieved our targeted concerns!.After finishing she made sure to inform me of the Do’s and Don’t’s which I really appreciate. Overall my experience was amazing and the staff were super welcoming and polite, the vibes of the place were absolutely immaculate, Thank you for the amazing experience.

It was my first time to get a facial in Dubai and I had the best experience at Facette Facial Bar. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

Natalia is an excellent facial specialist! She has worked wonders for my skin and I always leave feeling refreshed. I feel like she cares about my skin like it is her own. She is a great professional and a wonderful human being! The products are so good and work for various skin times (mine happens to be combination/sensitive). The facility itself is minimalist (which I love) and then extra care for COVID precautions does not go unnoticed.

If you are looking for a salon / spa that does customised facial depending on what damage you've caused your poor skin, then leave it in the gentle hands of the skin coaches at Facette Facial Bar. Absolutely glorious facials, custom-made specifically to suit your skin type and needs. I got a bespoke facial just yesterday and my skin already looks so much better. Plus I had my mani-pedi while watching Devils Wear Prada, can it get any better?

The customized facial was an absolute dream. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the products that were applied on my skin. She provided me with recommendations and focused on my troublesome areas with extreme care. As for my bacial, I am definitely returning! It is a wonderful concept and I loved the scrub as well as the aloe Vera gel that was applied to my back. 10/10 would recommend the Facette to my friends and family!
