It's always AMAZING when I come here. I travel to Bangkok a lot so I always make sure to stop in. Got my nails (including nail art) done by Sandy today and she was brilliant. But everytime I come here I walk out feeling pampered.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Head Spa. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring from start to finish. It was truly one of the most relaxing moments I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was amazing: a private treatment room, soft music, and the soothing sound of water created a deeply calming environment. The therapist was exceptionally gentle and skilled — every movement felt perfectly mastered and incredibly relaxing. After the 90-minute treatment, my hair felt unbelievably soft and healthy. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and pampered. I highly recommend !

I had the personal face analysis to figure out what type of styles would suit my face, May was the stylist and she was very helpful and I ended up with a soft layered haircut with face framing layers. It turned out great, happy with my haircut thank you!

The service is quite poor. No one is greeting you when you arrive. No explanation on the treatments done on your face especially. The masseuse was very nice and very gentle but I couldn’t hear or understand why she said when applying different treatments on my skin or hair. She used some electrical devices to remove black ?? I have a very regular skin so I just wanted deep cleaning which I think she really did. But when arriving home I had red marks on my chin, and cheeks… bad red marks… they are still here this morning… my husband asked me what happened to my face…? Bad experience 😣

As someone who normally goes to Bumble & Bumble in NYC or Brooks & Brooks in London, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but Aki Endo far exceeded my expectations. He’s not just capable of competing with those top-tier salons — in many ways, he surpassed them. Aki has a gentle, grounded presence, a calm confidence, and a real desire to understand and deliver exactly the right style. Did hands and feet spa + manicure & pedicure & gel color. Manicurist did a good job on my hands and feet, often checking on my comfort. Only downside was the location at ground floor at Siam Center, place was small and tight and we sat facing directly the front glass panels of the shop.
