I had a wonderful face-up massage today with Jo. It was incredibly relaxing, and the Jo was professional throughout. The treatment relieved a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and face, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. Ruth was lovely, enjoyed the salt cave experience, music was amazing. However I would have preferred a firmer pressure and since I paid for 90 mins, it would have been good to have 90 mins hands on instead of from arrival to leaving. Fell asleep several times :)

Jo explained the Spinal Flow Treatment very clearly, covering what I may expect in my first session. It was deeply relaxing and non-invasive with this treatment being done fully clothed. It was a great first experience and I'm going back for further sessions.
