The appointment was for my mum and it was a surprise, she didn’t know she was going to have a facial until we were at your door. She is having a stressful time at the moment and she loved her facial and said it was a lovely revitalising treat. She enjoyed the treatment and said the therapist was lovely

It was my daughters first haircut and the whole experience was fun and easy. She even got to choose hair chalk and hair glitter to go in her hair.

Lovely atmosphere… children get given loving attention and the little extra details (hair chalk, glitter, lollipops, balloons, something to keep them entertained)… felt like an experience, not just haircuts for my 2 little ones Will be back for sure

Bianca is new to Papamoa and she did a wonderful job. She has a lovely demeanor and listens very well when you're trying to explain what you're hoping for. I'm very happy with the blonde she did with 1/2 head of foils. Cut was a tidy up but made my hair look refreshed. I'll be coming again for sure.

First time at Porcelain Skin as I was on holiday at Papamoa & decided to treat myself to a facial. I booked the Pure Fiji Island Time Facial & added on the the Anti-ageing Eyemask with Preet. My treatment was amazing & very relaxing. The overall result was outstanding & my face is so soft and glowing 🤗 Thank you 😊
