Dilan used to hate getting his haircut in the past due to getting little cuts, niks and grazing up his neck from other salons. Barber Shack is the first barbers he’s been to and now will only get his haircut there. He doesn’t mind which of the lads he gets his hair done with but, this is the second time he’s been with Nessi and really enjoys the time which is important for me as a mother teaching my son (who’s full time in a wheelchair) independence and confidence to speak up. From Dilan : I really like how he listens to what I want and he’s pretty cool.

Absolutely loved the cut and the overall experience as usual with Mario. Super welcoming atmosphere, great attention to detail, and he really takes the time to understand what I want rather than rushing through it. Fade/blend was clean, beard tidy-up was sharp, and the whole place had a really good vibe. Left feeling fresh and confident. Definitely one of the better barber experiences I’ve had in NZ — highly recommend.

Always a great haircut with Arnel at the Barber Shack Papamoa. Arnel is very professional and quick. One of the best fades in Tauranga so I will not go anywhere else. Always a friendly atmosphere at the barbershop.

He has always been good, I take my 3 year old son to him as well. He's patient with kids, but works in a timely manner. He's competent and consistent with really good haircuts. To be fair... Overall, one of the better barbers I have been too and I have trialled many around.
