I’ve been seeing Rachell for a while now and every massage has been an absolute gift. She has such a calm, grounding presence and an incredible ability to tune into exactly what your body needs. I always walked away feeling lighter, both physically and mentally. I’m sad to see her leave Bamboo Spa Lower Hutt, but so excited for what’s next for her! April set me up for a 1 hour leg compression session- and offered me the choice of different settings and then tv or no no tv..... this is a repeat visit for me as a traveller to Lower Hutt this is the perfect remedy for the body and mind- the effect is like no other therapy- April came in to change the battery and gave me an extra 15 minutes gratis so that was more wonderfulness- afterwards my legs felt lovely and jelly like for a minute and then recovered to power my day... thank you April.

The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.
