First time visiting for wash and blow, served by Yen. She was very friendly and sweet. She really knows what suits me best, and I absolutely love the curls she did for me. The hair wash massage was so relaxing and refreshing too. Really enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner used coz it’s smell so good. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely will come again 🤍

My therapist, Ms. Amalina is very professional and good techniques. She was polite and speaks softly, always checking in before starting and making sure everything is ok. She also explains before doing anything, which makes the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. Recommended

Liz 's work is excellent. She has very good knowledge and skills and has been the source of my hair compliments past 20 years. My daughter's wedding style received loads of compliments and envy👌

Urutan best, bau-bauan spa pun nice. Kalau Miss Nana tak sakit luka jari, mungkin lebih laju ironing masa relaxing. hihi

First time getting a haircut here and I love it!🥰 The salon is cozy and clean, and I love that they use clean tools and high-quality products that is very gentle on scalp and hair. The staff have nice personalities. Hopefully, they can maintain this amazing quality and service always!

Had a great therapy experience at Bonda Haven Ampang. The therapists are professional and caring, and after each session my body felt lighter, more relaxed, and less tense. I could really feel the improvement. Highly recommended.

Booked a last minute 1 hour relief body ache massage & felt soooo good afterwards! My therapist (Amalina) went above and beyond to provide exceptional massage for me and I appreciate it! It's my first time visiting Ampang outlet (thank you for opening another branch at KL). I always came to the Kota Damansara outlet before the shut down, and still visiting the Bangi outlet despite long journey since I know the service will not be a disappointing one. Before I left, I had a chance to tell Amalina that I will definitely come again in Ampang outlet :)
