This is my first time here, and im really satisfied with the service here. I was attended by Miss Nana, she did Sengkak Wajah, urut stress dan half body massage. Love here advice and the she told me my current condition and suggested the proper treatment without being pushy. They make me feel welcomed and comfortable, definitely gonna repeat! Thank you❤️

The traditional massage was good, it took away my body ache due to long sitting in the office. The pressure was just nice for me, and Soraya is a nice lady. I was greeted by Alicia (not sure whether the spelling is right) who is friendly & very welcoming. Will definitely revisit whenever I can.

Had a very comforting prenatal massage today at Bondahaven. The therapist was gentle, attentive, and very knowledgeable about pregnancy care. I felt relaxed, safe, and well supported throughout the session. Highly recommended for expecting mothers.

Suraya is an amazing massage therapist. I took the Ramadan special (body scrub and aromatherapy full body massage) and I loved how thorough and kind she was. Suraya and the spa take special care to enquire about which areas you would like to be focused on and which to avoid. The amenities of the spa are clean and great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the customer service is even better (the best!) I don't go to spas often, but I will be coming back here. Thank you, Suraya!

My 2nd time here with Therapist Hani, and I think this is going to become a monthly routine. The service is excellent and the massage was amazing, my whole body and leg pain disappeared. Totally worth the price. Worth every penny! Love it. Thank you Therapist Hani 🫶🏻

Took the facial deep hydration, it was sooo good. Nana was friendly and shared useful tips too. Would really love if one outlet can be open in JB.

Therapist fatin sangat follow sop, urutan pun serasi dengan saya. dia sangat jaga boundaries dia dengan customer. Well done Ms Fatin. Sure saya akan pilih Ms Fatin je.
