I had my first waxing experience today at Kasum Spa Club, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Although the waxing was very painful, Shantell made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. She was patient, professional, and reassuring from start to finish, ensuring that I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Her excellent customer service and caring attitude truly made my first waxing experience one to remember. I would definitely recommend Kasum Spa Club, especially Shantell, to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and high-quality waxing experience. Thank you for

Every appointment with Moya is a 10/10. Her professionalism and upbeat personality make the process enjoyable. She only needs a quick glance at your inspiration picture. Sometimes I even doze off but I’m never disappointed with my design when I wake up. I trust her completely.
