I visited today with my autistic son. Appointments can be challenging for us, esp with new practitioners and where hands on treatment is required. Charlotte was amazing, she showed my son how the equipment worked and let him feel the water. We managed to look in both ears and even irrigate one. This was fantastic for us. Often at the dentist he wont even open his mouth! I would recommend Charlotte esp for children. She was kind, patient, gentle and I was trilled we managed a treatment on our first try.

Fantastic help. Got my Neil tip for the month. Now working on strengthening and “mapping” my weaker left side (healthier right too) & various muscle groups. The massage & treatment is always A⭐️

Fantastic! I really needed some urgent help as I’d got myself (or my body) in quite a pickle. When you over do it having had brain surgery, your nervous system can suddenly go haywire, which in turn causes your muscles to tense up (in particular, your weaker side). Neil, very kindly offered me a slot the next working day & went to work. The day after, my body had recovered significantly from the pain & I was able to relax again. What a relief to have Neil on hand. I’m grateful for his expertise & compassion.

Always a pleasure. I learn something new each time. That aside, I’m continually helped with the challenge of managing my body after a brain injury. Neal does a great job of putting me back together & helping me recover (and strengthen) from the rigours of the week(s).
