I had an amazing experience getting a full back wax here. Alexis was incredibly professional from start to finish. She explained the process clearly, kept the environment comfortable, and maintained a calm, friendly demeanor the entire time. I had a hair botox treatment done, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the result and the service! The procedure was performed very professionally . I really loved the way she washes hair: very thorough, gentle, and careful. She treats the hair with great care, never pulls or damages it, which is extremely important to me. After the treatment, my hair became smooth, soft, and shiny, looking healthy and well-groomed. The result exceeded my expectations.I will definitely come back again and will happily book a keratin treatment. Highly recommend!
