I had an amazing experience getting a full back wax here. Alexis was incredibly professional from start to finish. She explained the process clearly, kept the environment comfortable, and maintained a calm, friendly demeanor the entire time. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her focus on cleanliness and infection control—everything was spotless, and she followed every hygiene step with confidence and precision. The service was efficient, thorough, and far less painful than I expected.
