Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. Gorgeous salon, amazing at what she does. Will be returning to have it done again. Thank you for making women feel confident in their own bodies and skin ❤️

Had a Hollywood wax, Ellie was amazing with it, so quick and efficient it barely even hurt after the first couple strips haha. Good facilities as well with a great use of the space!

I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. I would and have highly recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so 💕

I really enjoyed both the facial and the massage today. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the treatment, even with the tutors observing and providing guidance. The massage pressure was firm, just as I like it! I was also impressed with how confidently the student worked while asking her tutors questions whenever she needed clarification. She demonstrated a good understanding of the treatment and explained each step of the process, including why she was carrying it out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
