Excellent wonderful to have reconnected with both Joseph and Emily, both of whom I had been to for many years. They are so experienced, professional and just so happy I have discovered their new place. The other people working there so helpful it was a great atmosphere in both Elcot & Newbury

My first visit to The Retreat…lovely salon. I usually see Andrew at Sequoia in Newbury, he always cuts my hair beautifully. Will be returning to the retreat as it’s a very calm environment. See you in December!!

Kate was so knowledgeable about skin! I have recently had a bad flare up of eczema which I felt self conscious about, but she didnt make me feel awkward or uncomfortable about it at all. She was a wealth of knowledge and I loved my facial and massage. I have already purchased some supplements she recommended and will be booking in another facial soon. Thank you so much!
