What an amazing place in the heart of Lisburn square. The proprietor is one of the most loveliest ladies I have ever met she radiates warmth, calmness and friendliness. I highly recommend dry floatation therapy it was so peaceful, it helped me relax and made my achy body feel very rested. I feel the pricing is very affordable and well worth while. I cannot wait to try the other wonderful therapies that this establishment has to offer. I also love their wellness bar that has everything to fuel your body with goodness. Wellness at the square is literally a little piece of heaven.

Szabina is really excellent at what she does. She's really strong, proper deep sports massage! She took time to listen to what areas were bothering me and focused on those areas. I left feeling great and will definitely be back again.
