Jo is wonderful. She took my vague ‘make it warmer but also with lighter tones’ and nailed exactly what I was after, also a lovely human! Plus doggie cuddles if you want them (which I always do!) Thank you Jo!

Ellie is very professional and has excellent knowledge , gives very good tips and advice and has treated my issue ( Calf strain ) superbly with immediate positive results.
