Sharni was very professional. She was very friendly, helpful and reassuring. She listened to what I wanted in the colour and cut for the wig that was recommended by her. She ensured that the wig fitted correctly and she gave me some very good advice. I am looking forward to my next appointment with excitement..

Sharni was welcoming from the get go. She explained everything and we went on a journey together. She went above and beyond for me today and she very easily and skilfully gave me my confidence back. I walked out of there taller than I went in and with the biggest smile on my face. The new chapter in my life starts now. Cody is professional, friendly and is the best at what she does offers array of treatments.ive been going to her for well over a year now. Soo so happy she's back in gainsborough.ps salon is clean tidy oh and katey is the best in the business if you want your nails done!! 💅

Amy is very pleasant and makes me comfortable. Her waxing technique is great and I always come away feeling refreshed with a nice bright complexion.

As having a more mature skin with some pigmentation as well as some wrinkling , Hannah’s facials are perfect and targeted, especially the enzyme facial, it is the most amazing experience and has great and visible results. Also Hannah’s knowledge about the skincare is second to none and after buying many different and sometimes expensive creams and potions that smell nice , but don’t actually do anything, I now have a proper and reliable skincare regime that is really starting to make a longer term difference …thank you
