Fantastic experience getting a carbon doll facial. This was my first ever laser treatment, so was a little nervous. However, at my skin test appointment Gillian answered my questions and explained the whole process which totally put my mind at ease. Gillian is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The treatment room was spotlessly clean and the treatment bed very comfortable. The facial was amazing, totally painless and my skin looked amazing and felt so soft afterwards (and still does). Love the little pots of serum and SPF you get to take home for after care. I will definitely be back!
